Prirodnjački muzej Crne Gore
Početak razvoja Prirodnjačkog muzeja Crne Gore seže u 1961. godinu kada je uredbom Vlade Crne Gore osnovana Prirodnjačka zbirka. Iste te godine osnovan je i Republički zavod za zaštitu prirode kome je priključena i Prirodnjačka zbirka. Javna ustanova Prirodnjački muzej Crne Gore osnovan je odlukom Skupštine Crne Gore 4. aprila 1995. godine. Muzej je registrovan 20. novembra 1995. godine nakon preuzimanja inicijalnog kadra, prostora, opreme i eksponata iz bivše Prirodnjačke zbirke Republičkog zavoda za zaštitu prirode.
Natural History Museum of Montenegro
Beginning of the development of Natural History Museum of Montenegro goes back to 1961 when Natural History Collection was established by Ordinance of the Government of Montenegro. Republican Institute for Nature Protection was established the same year and Natural History Collection was attached to the Institute. Public Institution Natural History Museum of Montenegro was established by the decision of the Parliament of the Republic of Montenegro on 4th April 1995. The Museum was registered on 20th November 1995, after taking the initial personnel, premises, equipment and exhibits from former Natural History Collection of Republican Institute for Nature Protection.
